Eco Pro Tungsten has introduced two new sizes to it’s growing lineup of worm weight’s, flippin‘ weights and drop shot weights. Eco Pro first introduced our worm weights in sizes 1/8, 3/16, ¼, 3/8 and ½ once sizes. We had an overwhelming demand for 3/4oz worm weights and for a 1oz flippin’ weight.

Feldner Leads FLW Walleye Tour Event On Devils Lake

Pro Jason Feldner of Minnewaukan, N.D., and co-angler David Dedecker of Orion, Ill., brought in five walleyes weighing 17 pounds, 15 ounces Thursday to lead day one of the FLW Walleye Tour Western Division tournament on Devils Lake. The pair now holds a mere 3-ounce lead over their closest rivals in an event featuring 62 pros and 62 co-anglers representing 17 states and Canada fishing for top awards of up to $35,000 in the Pro Division and $7,500 in the Co-angler Division.

Hitch Series Trailer Keepers

Anyone who has ever flipped a jig knows the trailer gets pulled down or even completely pulled off at times. With the Hitch Series Trailer Keeper I can put a trailer on and basically forget about it. Think about how many times in a tournament you have to fix the trailer on a jig. Now think about how many times you do that in a season. By simply adding the trailer keeper in a matter of seconds it could save you literally hours throughout a tournament season.

Fishing Education & Consevation into the Classroom

Depending on where you live, the local schools may have some type of fishing education. More likely they don’t. A recent donation from Pure Fishing to the Future Fisherman Foundation aims to increase the presence of such programs and help bring fishing and conservation into the classroom.

Clarks Hill to host Military Bass event in 2011

Clarks Hill Lake, located in Columbia County, GA, has been selected as the host city for the 21st annual Military Team Bass Tournament. The week-long event is scheduled for May 2-7, 2011.

“Columbia County, Georgia is delighted to host the 2011 ABA Military Team Bass Championship to be held at Wildwood Park on Clarks Hill Lake”, said Barry Smith, Division Director for Columbia County Community & Leisure Services. “We extend a warm welcome to all branches of the Armed Forces participating in the event”, he continued.
